The house was designed with the balcony to party cover the pool area, so that in hot days shade is available. The pool is large measuring 15m x 4m.

Master Bedroom with its own north facing balcony over looking Coral Sea Marina. Master Bedroom is complete with ensuite, WIR and TV.

2nd Bedroom with Queen size bed, shares a bathroom with 3rd Bedroom. All bedrooms complete with split system A/C.
2nd Bedroom. This bedroom has sweeping views over Coral Sea Marina and out to Airlie Beach and across the mountain ranges. This room can be setup as 2 x singles or 1 x queen at guests preference (feel free to move beds around as required).

The Loft bedroom has its own study area and a double bed/bunk setup. This room can accomodate 3 people (we only list it as two) and has its own split system as well as amazing views as you walk down the stairs to the master and bedrooms 1 & 2.

Down stairs (kitchen level) bathroom and laundry. This room connects to the Down stairs room - this is the largest room in the house, and a favourite of ours. This room features a queen size bed, couch that doubles as a sofa bed, TV, treadmill and split system A/C.

Walk down the balcony stairs off the main lounge room area to the wonderful Pool & Gazebo area. We might be biased but this is the best view in Airlie Beach to watch the sunset (it actually is the best view, take our word for it - you can see the sun set across the Coral Sea and over the mountain ranges whilst taking in the gorgeous vista that is the Whitsunday Islands.
Coffee Machine is provided along with Pods to get you through your first few days (we hope!). Cookies not included. :-)
Kitchen Balcony. Sit here in the mornings having a coffee, tea or Bloody Mary. You choose. Has seating for 4 people but you can move things around to suit your needs.
With expansive 10m ceilings the TV/Lounge Room is great to sit back and relax. The kitchen area overlooks the Lounge Room.

Main Balcony off the lounge area with views across the 15m swimming pool and north across the islands overlooking Double Cone Island. Feel free to open up the doors if its not too hot - we have a large table on this area to sit at.

Functional kitchen with all the essentials inc induction cook-top, dishwasher, microwave, pantry with the basics included, large fridge and freezer and coffee machine. We have sufficient plates/cutlery etc and lots of wine glasses.
